Upcoming Changes to How we Post
LATEST UPDATE: Ofcom has not yet approved the changes to 2nd Class post. For now, we’re still offering Standard 2nd Class delivery for small orders, but we recommend using a tracked service if you can. Please check back for updates.
Due to upcoming proposed changes within the Royal Mail we will be changing our Delivery Options on the 7th July. Royal Mail's upcoming plan (subject to imminent approval from Ofcom) is to move all 2nd Class Letter/Large Letters deliveries to every 2nd working day (No Saturday deliveries).
We understand that any changes in delivery cost can be concerning, which is why we aim provide a more reliable service. In recent years Standard 2nd Class has seen many delayed/lost items of mail which significantly effects both you the customer and us as a small business.
We believe the revised postal methods hopefully will be a better fit for our customers and will allow extra peace of mind when ordering.
What's Changing?
From immediate effect we’ll no longer be offering FREE Standard Royal Mail 48 / 2nd Class post. We will continue to offer standard 2nd class until further confirmation has been received by Royal Mail. Check out below the new options now available.
What’s Staying the Same?
- Standard Post (1st Class / RM24 – Untracked)
- Tracked Post (RM 48 & RM 24)
- Next Day Delivery (Note: this refers to the delivery method only — some kits may require additional production time i.e Stitch a Photos take 2-3 weeks)
- Overseas Postage No Change as it is all sent Tracked International. Delivery depends on location and customs which are out with our control
