How to Order

Add the required item/s to your cart.
Proceed to checkout where you can register, sign or continue as a guest visitor.
Choose your Payment Method - Credit/Debit Card (Via EKM-Pay, powered by ClearAccept), PayPal, & Telephone.
Continue and complete checkout. For payments by Telephone please call us on 0333 050 1950 or 07955085110 and you order will be taken over the phone.
You will received a confirmation email with your order number.
You can track your order anytime by signing into your account.
You may received additional email as your order proceeds through to dispatch.
Dispatch Times will be confirmed by email. Most kits are dispatched within 2-4 working days. Stitch A Photo kits can take 2-3 weeks to process before dispatch.
A dispatch email will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
2 Weeks following dispatch you will receive a Feedback/Review email, a follow on reminder will be sent a week later.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us immediately at sales@skyestitching.co.uk
If your order has not yet been dispatched then your order will be cancelled and payment refunded.
If you order has already been dispatched then you will be required to return the item/s in the original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer.
Once the item/s are received and we quality check the return then a full refund less the original postage paid will be issued within 3 working days.

Returns

If you wish to return all or part of your order please contact us immediately at sales@skyestitching.co.uk
We aim to reply within 24 hours and try to resolve any concerns.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of dispatch (Excluding Digital Charts, which are NON refundable).
Non-Refundable Returns: If the Terms of Use have been breached and designs are reproduced for the purpose of selling.
Return postage is paid by the customer.
All item/s must be returned in good re-saleable condition.
All personalised items are non-returnable.
GIFT VOUCHERS (Stitch a Photo) - Once a Gift Voucher has been issued it is non-refundable. The value of the voucher may however be used against an alternative purchase, full value must be redeem at once. Please contact us for a current value (based on the type of product purchased).
Refunds are issued on return of the item/s, after they have been quality checked. Only the item/s returned will be refunded, postage paid is not refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: The buyer is responsible for the items until the parcel is returned, we recommend returning via a Tracked/Signed For service.
Charges - If any charges are incurred due to underpayment of postage this will automatically be debited from the refund amount.

What's Included

All our kit are produced in plastic grip sealed wallets (A4, A5. A6 & smaller sizes). Standard & Larger Kits also included an A4 Spiral Bound Booklet.

Loyalty Points

Earn 1 point per £1.00. Each point is equivalent to 5p (only can be redeem against purchases online).

All orders earn loyalty points when you sign up to your 1st Order by entering your email and a password. They must be redeemed within 12 months or they will expire. For more details please see our Loyalty Points Webpage.
