📸 Stitch a Photo – Terms & Conditions

You can check image suitability, ask questions, or request a FREE preview before ordering by using our Preview Request Form or by emailing: enquiries@skyestitching.co.uk.

Submit your image using the online form or email/post it to us.
You’ll receive one or more preview samples, along with pricing and ordering instructions.

Add your item to the basket and proceed to checkout.
Register or sign in to your account.
Choose your preferred delivery option (1st Class, Tracker 48/24 or Next Day – Please note: delivery times refer to postage only; kits are made to order and take 2–3 weeks).
Choose your payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal), then complete the purchase.

Each design takes 2–3 weeks to complete and is hand-edited for quality.
A preview sample will be emailed within 48 hours of purchase (unless you've already requested one).
A final hand-edited sample is emailed 5–7 working days after payment.
Upon approval, your kit or chart is dispatched within 7–10 working days (often sooner).

Important:

Ensure your image is good quality, well-lit, and high resolution.
Final stitched results will reflect the hand-edited sample, not necessarily the original preview.
If you change your image after purchase, notify us after the preview stage. Changes after finalisation incur a £10 design fee.

Preview samples are intended as drafts only.
Finalised samples are emailed after payment.
We reserve the right to reuse designs unless otherwise requested.
Physical photographs are returned with your order.
All images must be copyright-free or personally owned.
We cannot accept copyrighted artwork, logos, animations, or online graphics without proper consent.
Duplicate Copies of Charts can be produced. The is an admin fee of £5.00 + current postage (PDF Version can be sent via email).

Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
If no final sample has been emailed, a full refund is given.
If 1 or more final samples have been sent, we reserve the right to only refund 75% to cover design time.
No refunds are given for PDF e-charts once emailed.
If we receive NO Approval or contact within 2 weeks of sending the final sample, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

As all kits are custom made, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
You will receive a final sample before dispatch to confirm satisfaction.
Cancellations must be made before dispatch, per the policy above.

Once issued, vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed against Stitch a Photo products.
