✉️ Changes to How We Post
US Shipping Resumed
All US orders from Friday, August 29, 2025, will be subject to a “Landed Cost” charge—regardless of order value. This replaces the previous system, where low-value goods under USD $800 could enter duty-free under the de minimis threshold.
Shipping to the United States has now resumed, the Landing Cost is now included in the Postage shown at checkout and all taxes & duties will be paid direct to the relevant authorities.
UK Shipping Update:
We have chosen to discontinue the 2nd Class service as of 25th July 2025, following Ofcom-approved service changes. We do still offer 1st Class but recommend using the tracked options for greater reliability.
We understand that changes in delivery services can raise concerns, especially regarding cost and reliability. Standard 2nd Class had become increasingly unreliable, and our updated shipping methods aim to ensure a more secure and consistent delivery experience.

Overseas Postage: Still sent Tracked International — delivery time depends on location & customs.
