LOYALTY POINTS

Loyalty Points are automatically earned when you place your order & added to your account on dispatch.

Our Loyalty Points programme offers 1 point for every pound (£) spent (excluding discounts + P&P) on our website.  Each point is worth £0.05, which can be redeemed against any future orders (subject to terms, see below).


Terms
You can redeem your points anytime as long as you have a minimum of 10 points.  Points are only valid for 12 months from the date of your last order. 
Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed for Cash or as a refund on the order they were earned on.  They must be used on the email account they were earned and cannot be transferred to another customer.


How to Redeem
You must be logged into your account to redeem points.  Points are redeemed during the checkout process (Section 3 - Select Payment Method, scroll to the bottom), see picture below.  You can choose to redeem ALL or PART of your points available, just enter amount (Min £1.00) and click "Redeem".
