🚫 Important Notice – EU & Northern Ireland Orders

Due to the new GPSR law implemented on 13th December 2024, we are no longer able to ship items to the EU or Northern Ireland.

📦 New Postal Options

Following Ofcom’s approval of changes to 2nd Class Letter & Large Letter postal services, we have now discontinued the use of 2nd Class post as of Friday 25th July. We recommend opting for tracked services when possible. See full details here: Postal Changes

Check out below the new options now available. We offer a variety of UK and international delivery options based on weight, with prices calculated automatically at checkout.

What’s Staying the Same?

• Standard Post (1st Class / RM24 – Untracked)
• Tracked Post (RM 24 & RM 48)
• Next Day Delivery Available (some kits, like Stitch a Photo, may require 2–3 weeks production time)
• Overseas Postage No Change as it is all sent Tracked International.  Delivery depends on location and customs which are out with our control

These options offer secure, trackable delivery without adding extra cost to your order.

📮 Dispatch Information

• All kits/charts are handmade to order, and while we aim to dispatch quickly, same-day dispatch is not always possible.

• Our post is usually collected at:

  • Mon–Fri: 10.30 AM

  • Saturday: 11 AM

• You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been posted.

🌍 International Shipping

• All overseas orders are currently sent via Tracked services due to customs delays and to ensure traceability.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• As advised above we are no longer able to ship items to the EU or Northern Ireland.

• US Deliveries:  A New “Landed Cost” (taxes and duties) will be included in the delivery cost after Monday 25th August due to changes in regulations, regardless of value.

Customs Notice: We accept no liability for any additional customs duties or import charges. These are the buyer’s responsibility and will be handled directly by the relevant authority (excluding US, see above).
 

📦 Postage & Dispatch Times by Product

All kits/charts are handmade to order, and we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Dispatch times vary by product type:

• PDF Digital Charts – Sent via email within 24 hours (Mon–Fri only during office hours), as this is not an automated system.

• Printed Postal Charts – Dispatched within 1 day.

• Greeting Cards, Coasters, Bookmarks, Mini Kits & Accessories – Dispatched within 1–2 working days.

• A4 Kits – Dispatched within 3–5 working days.

• Stitch a Photo Designs – Dispatched within 2–3 weeks, as each design is hand-edited to order.

Please Note:

• Orders containing more than 2 items, or personalised items, may require an additional 1–2 working days for dispatch.

• Recommended Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or Next Day Delivery
  PLEASE NOTE: The delivery time refers to once the item has been produced and posted.

📦 Packaging & Lost Items

• Orders are packed in hardback or padded envelopes for protection.

• Postage costs include packaging materials – where possible, we use recycled materials to help keep costs down.

• We are not responsible for items damaged in transit, but we do our best to assist with any issues.

  • For lost items, please wait 7 working days before contacting us.

  • For damaged items, please contact us with photographic evidence as soon as possible so we can contact Royal Mail.
