All kits are handmade to order, and we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Dispatch times vary by product type:

* PDF Digital Charts – Sent via email within 24 hours (office hours & weekdays only). This is a manual (non-automated) process.

* Postal Charts – Dispatched within 1 working day. 

* Greeting Cards, Coasters, Bookmarks, Mini Kits & Accessories – Dispatched within 1–2 working days.

* A4 Kits – Dispatched within 3–5 working days.

* Stitch a Photo Designs – Dispatched within 2–3 weeks, as each design is hand-edited to order.

Please Note: Orders containing more than 2 items, or personalised items, may require an additional 1–2 working days for dispatch.

We offer a range of UK delivery options and Fully Tracked International shipping. Available options and pricing are shown at checkout.

🧵Stitch a Photo Orders

These custom designs typically take 2–3 weeks to complete, depending on order volumes (e.g., during Christmas or Mother’s Day periods). The Design process is as follows:

* Preview Sample – Sent within 48 hours of order.

* Finalised Sample – Sent within 5–7 working days.

* Chart Only – Posted or emailed within 5-7 working days after approval.

* Full Kit – Posted within 7–10 working days after approval.
